Terms of Service

You are electing to subscribe to one of Rezervology's monthly TPS support services or you are providing a one-time retainer to reserve your deployment calendar date for RezeLink.

Any subscription support service through RezHelp for your TPS of record will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month for the flat rate indicated. By electing automated credit card payments, you are receiving a flat recurring rate and bypassing hourly billing. If you elect to pay by other means at a later date, then hourly billing is applicable. This flat rate subscription is only available for automated payments.

If you are electing to retain the next available calendar date for RezeLink then it is a one-time retainer. Once deployed, we will set up automated billing twice a month for the applicable per abstract fee according to the tiered volume you qualify to receive with the applicable discounted rate for automated payment accordingly.  A separate agreement for any of our services will be sent to all clients for acceptance and e signature.

Per the terms of the agreement if payment is declined, services will stop until payment is resolved and late fees may be applied accordingly.

Cancellations must be emailed to accounting@rezervology.com 30 days before the next billing date. The cancellation will take effect 30 days out. If a bill occurs within the 30-day window, it cannot be stopped. Please notify us at least 30 days before your intended cancellation date should that occur or call us at 445.229.4724 and ask for our accounting team.
