Cynthia Waterman started the company in September 2020 in response to the industry's need for better and more resources for TPS support. Upon opening our virtual doors, the line of clients was immediate. It has never changed. We believe this is because our focus is not on our own bottom line, though that takes care of itself, but on our clients' needs. There is an absolute mutual win when a company seeks to serve its clients fully, effectively and with genuine concern for the success of the client.

There are more than a few influences on the start of Rezervology but one which may stand out more and is not part of the title industry was Herb Kelleher, the late CEO and Co-founder of Southwest Airlines. While Southwest may not be what it once was with Herb's passing, the story of relentless focus on a client in need of something so simple, yet so intangible was and is a lesson for all entrepreneurs. Southwest mission was to help people who could not afford to fly - to fly. That is it. There was no greed, and no relentless focus on their bottom line. Just a simple focus to give the everyday person access to a safe and affordable way to travel.

At Rezervology, our focus is not so different. Our goal is to give the title industry a way to protect their business from the unsustainable cost of the tech they need to operate. We are not impressed by tech that overinflates costs passed on to the backbone of the American economy in an industry that eventually passes it to the consumers. We see the title companies who started their business from ground up, and who work incredibly hard to give jobs to people who care about humans in a real estate transaction.

That is why we keep our pricing simple and affordable, and our service genuine. We took the best talent in the industry and gave them a place to give back in a mission to free the small and mid-sized business owners of today in order to become the giants of tomorrow without sacrificing the control of their own data and their tech.
